When cupcakes and ice cream cones collide in the blender, magic occurs: I'm talking about the Cupcake Milkshake here, inspired by Cupcake Shakes (a beautiful new collaboration between Utah-based The Sweet Tooth Fairy and Sammy's Cafe).
